In the event that the merchandise is defective or the wrong merchandise was shipped, please obtain a Return Authorization using the following procedure: Contact smoothtrue llc. using the information provided on our contact page to obtain a Return Authorization Number. All items must be shipped prepaid via United States Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express no later than 20 days from the invoice date. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package near the customer's address. All merchandise returned must be 100% good shape.
Multiple item orders and/or back orders may be shipped separately and on different days. In the event that an order contains an item that is currently unavailable, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. The customer has the option to receive a full refund or wait for the product to be shipped.
